Faulty or wrong item
If the tube arrives damaged, does not hold pressure, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we replace it or refund you. We cover the return postage. The Consumer Guarantees Act applies on top of this, not instead of it.
Changed your mind
No change-of-mind returns. Read the page, check the pressure numbers, and ask us anything before you order. If it turns up faulty, the section above applies.
Shipping
New Zealand only. Ships from Auckland by NZ Post tracked. Pre-orders are paid at the time of ordering and ship when stock lands.
